A heartfelt thank you to Inger Karlsson!

When Inger Karlsson found herself unemployed, a former colleague who had started working at KL Industri gave her a tip. She reached out and got the job. Eighteen years later, she is now completing her final workday before heading into retirement.

“At first, I wasn’t sure if I had come to the right place. When I started in 2003, the factory was still located outside Grytgöl, and I had never been there before. But from day one, the atmosphere at KL Industri was warm and welcoming. It felt great from the start,” says Inger.

She initially worked in the warehouse, but for the last 7–8 years, she has been handling order reception and registration. One of the biggest highlights for Inger was when all employees were finally gathered under the same roof at the modern facilities in Finspång.

“The best part of my job has been the customer interactions and my colleagues – I will really miss them. The company has grown significantly in recent years, and KL Industri has a bright future ahead. It feels a little strange and bittersweet to leave, but I feel calm and confident handing over my responsibilities to Aneta Viljemyr.”

After enjoying a relaxing summer, Inger will embrace her new chapter as a retiree.

“I love gardening, outdoor activities, and exercising. I’m also looking forward to spending more time with my partner, as well as indulging in my hobbies like handicrafts and crossword puzzles,” says Inger.

We at KL Industri are incredibly grateful for Inger’s many years of dedication and wish her all the best for the future!
